OCCPA (Orange County Chinese Professional Association) is a non-political, non-religious and non-profit organization with the IRS tax exempt status of 501(c)(3) tax code. The goals of OCCPA are to promote professional educations and information exchange on science, technology, career development, culture and art among members, and to serve as a liaison between Chinese and American people. OCCPA was established based on its parental organization, OC China, founded by local professionals led by Ms. Lei Shi in 1999.
