Both Jennifer and Yvonne were born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, coming to the United States in the late '70s. Both women have strong backgrounds in finance. Jennifer began her career as chief teller for a major Taiwanese bank. After coming to the U.S., Jennifer worked for First Interstate Bank for 10 years specializing in international letters of credit
Yvonne's banking career spanned 15 years, covering a wide variety of areas including international trade, human resources, marketing, and real estate foreclosures. In addition, she specialized in real estate finance, gaining an in-depth knowledge of this complex area which she puts to work for her current clients.
For both women, the transition to a career in real estate was a nutural. After years on the financial side, Jennifer and Yvonne wanted to use their specialized knowledge to carve out a real estate niche. In addition, they wanted to take a more active, hands-on roll in helping people with the life-changing process of buying or selling a home.
