About the Role
As a Barista at Tea Annie, you’ll be an important part of creating a great customer experience. You’ll prepare and serve our teas, specialty beverages, and other menu items while keeping the shop clean, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
Prepare tea, specialty drinks, and food items according to Tea Annie standardsProvide friendly and attentive customer serviceTake customer orders accurately and process paymentsMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environmentRestock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as neededFollow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelinesWork collaboratively with team members during busy periodsLearn and confidently explain menu items to customersContribute to a positive, upbeat team environment
Qualifications
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitudeReliable and punctualStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning new recipes, equipment, and proceduresPrevious barista, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredMust be able to work some evenings and/or weekends
