Responsibilities:
Assist in processing loan applications, including collecting and reviewing required documents
Track loan progress and maintain timely communication with clients and partners
Manage and maintain loan files and data systems
Greet and coordinate with visitors and support business communication needs to ensure smooth office operations
Assist with meeting arrangements, document filing, and general administrative support
Qualifications:
Majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Basic understanding of financial concepts and strong interest in the real estate or mortgage industry
Detail-oriented, responsible, and quick to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); experience with loan or CRM software is a plus
