- Internet: If you are not a heavy user, you can use the Wifi from the main house. But you might need to get a signal extender.
- You share 10 to 20% of the utility with the main house
- Total area is approx 410 square feet
- Pets: Some cat or dog might be OK. Please send us pictures and details.
- It can be furnished by paying extra
- 5 to 10 min away from many things (e.g. Target, Costco, Trader's Joe, Sam's Club, Walmart, many restaurants, parks, churches, schools, all different kind of supermarkets and etc)
