Our high growing company is in need of a professional Human Resource to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Payroll & benefit administration
Manage and supervise employee attendance record, process semi-monthly payroll and administer employee benefit programs (health insurance, 401K).Implement recruitment plan, coordinate new hire on boarding process, conduct trainings for staff as needed .Administer benefits enrollment process for new hire or during benefit renewal period. Design and implement performance evaluation process, coordinate disciplinary action.
Federal and CA State employment and labor law compliance
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state law requirements. Partners with leadership team to evaluate current business challenges, develop and execute strategy to address key HR related issues and best practices to management. Response to EDD unemployment inquiries and other garnishment requests.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective leadership and communication skills that inspire team members. Conflict resolution or provide best practice for management team. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure an orderly workplace. Excellent interpersonal skills with management, employees and effective group presentation skills. Attending manager meetings to support the overall management and governance.
Qualifications:
bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
Five or more years of experience as a Human Resources, including a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Paycom experience.
PHR or SPHR license preferred.
Must have a strong knowledge of best HR practices. Must be acceptable to work both day shifts and night shifts.
Language Requirements:Fluent Mandarin & English (must) and Spanish (preferred)
