Responsibilities & Duties (but not limited to the list below)
To greet and treat patients with compassion, kindness, and respect. Check-in, check out and schedule follow-up appointmentAnswering phone callsOther front desk duties may be assigned. Cross-training will be provided to ensure a well-rounded medical team.
Qualifications
If you do not have experience and are motivated to learn, we are willing to train.
Team player with a pleasant attitude towards others.
Strong work ethics.
Believe in providing the highest level of patient care.
Familiarity with HIPPA regulations and professional ethics
Ability to read and write general correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively and kindly to patients, physicians, and collaboratorsAbility to handle multiple priorities in fast paced situations
Strong aptitude for technology and computer applications with excellent customer service and social skills.
Must Speak English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin
