    Job description
    We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR and Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our CA Ontario branch, supporting our Administrative Department. This role involves managing human resources, administrative tasks, financial coordination, and client reception to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.
    Key Responsibilities
    1.Human Resources Management:
    - Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
    - Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and training programs.
    - Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
    - Manage employee attendance records and coordinate insurance-related matters.
    2.Administrative Operations:
    - Oversee office expenses, including rent, utilities, and property management fees.
    - Purchase and manage office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
    - Plan and coordinate administrative procedures to streamline workflows.
    3.Financial Coordination:
    - Track and verify all branch-related expenses.
    - Assist headquarters with expense reimbursements and tax filings.
    4.Client Reception:
    - Support client visits by coordinating logistics and providing professional reception services.
    Qualifications
    1.Education:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2.Experience:
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management, with a strong understanding of California office operations.
    - Proven experience with California labor laws and related regulations.
    3.Skills:
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
    - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,700.00 per month
