We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Assistant to join our team and support our quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Analyze production costs, operational expenses, and inventory.
*Develop and maintain cost standards for materials, labor, and overhead.
*Prepare cost reports and budgets, including variance analysis.
*Monitor changes in processes or materials to determine effects on cost.
*Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
*Reconcile cost of goods sold and inventory accounts.
*Perform margin and profitability analysis.
*Work closely with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
*Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
*Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
*2+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
*Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
*Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
*Sage Peachtree & Quickbooks
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Multi-lingual proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English at a professional level.
