职位概述:
项目经理是我们与客户之间的重要桥梁,确保沟通顺畅、项目高效执行。该角色在提升我们管理的直播表现方面起着关键作用,旨在交付超出客户期望的及时且高质量成果。项目经理将负责管理客户关系、协调内部团队、跟踪关键数据,以不断优化项目成效。
主要职责:
1. 客户关系管理:作为客户的主要联络人,建立稳固关系,深入了解客户需求,确保其目标实现。
2. 直播表现优化:制定并执行优化策略,提升直播数据与效果,达成关键指标。
3. 内部团队协同:协调各内部团队,确保从规划、执行到复盘分析的各个阶段顺利推进。
4. 数据跟踪与分析:监控关键绩效指标,利用数据洞察驱动决策,提升未来直播成效。
5. 项目协调:全面负责项目执行,确保在时间、范围与质量标准内完成交付。
背景要求:
1. 有商业、市场营销、传播或相关领域的本科学历最好。
2. 1-3 年项目管理、客户服务或客户关系管理经验,有媒体、电商或科技行业背景者优先。
3. 能够同时管理多个项目与客户,按时保质完成任务。
4. 具备优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧,有成功维护客户关系的经验。
5. 熟悉数据分析与绩效追踪,能从数据中提炼可执行的洞察。
6. 熟悉直播、电商与社交媒体平台(如 TikTok)者优先。
7. 熟练使用项目管理工具(如 Asana、Trello 或 Monday.com)及沟通平台(如 Slack 或 Lark)。
8. 出色的问题解决能力与细节把控能力,能适应快节奏工作环境。
9. 中英文双语流利,能进行书面与口头的商务沟通。

The Project Manager is the vital link between our agency and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. This role is pivotal in enhancing the performance of the LIVE sessions we manage, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, aligning internal teams, and tracking performance data to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their objectives are met.
2. Performance Optimization: Drive the success of LIVE sessions by implementing strategies that enhance performance and achieve key metrics.
3. nternal Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned, from planning and execution to post-session analysis.
4. Data Tracking and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators and use data insights to inform decision-making and improve future LIVE session outcomes.
5. Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in project management, client services, or account management, preferably within the media, e-commerce, or tech industries.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
5. Experience in data analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
6. Knowledge of LIVE streaming, e-commerce, and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok) is highly preferred.
7. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com and communication platforms like Slack or Lark.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
9. Bilingual (Chinese and English). Proficient for business communication both in verbal and written formats.
