Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation cases, from inception through trial

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis

Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Provide legal advice to clients and make strategic recommendations

Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial
-
Collaborate effectively with a small team of colleagues and support staff
Qualifications:
-
California Law License with No Disciplinary History
-
2-3 years of legal practice experience, with a focus on civil litigation
-
Proficiency in California Civil Procedure
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
-
Trial experience is a plus, but not required
