We are looking for a design assistant for our residential projects.
You will work closely with our design and construction leads to achieve project
goals and objectives on time and with good quality.
Your Responsibilities:
Under direction and guidance of design lead,
•
Manage design-related documents. Prepare and summarize city requirements, prepare
project documents, memos, meeting minutes.
•
Visit client job sites and assist with as-builts.
•
Produce and update CAD and 3D models.
•
Research materials and suppliers.
•
Other tasks as assigned.
Expected Qualifications:
•
0-2 years of work experience.
•
Education in architecture, structural
engineering, BIM or related fields.
•
Familiarity with authoring and editing CAD
drawings and BIM model. Knowledge of surveying process and tools.
•
Skill and experience with basic graphic design.
•
Knowledge of California building code
requirements. Prior experience in construction or design preferred but not
required.
•
Excellent time management and communication
skills.
•
Able to speak Mandarin.
