WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Aer (www.aersf.com) is seeking a full-time Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-growing lifestyle brand. In this role, you will be responsible for order fulfillment at our warehouse and ensure fulfillment processes are efficient and accurate. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented and organized, and wants to make a meaningful impact on the company with their execution and no-task-is-too-small attitude. You will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager. The position is based out of Union City, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage warehouse operations, including pick, pack and ship of daily e-commerce orders, weekly wholesale shipments, and press samples.
-Maintain inventory count of all products and packaging materials.
-Schedule freight pick-ups and deliveries.
-Identify improvements to streamline the shipping process.
-Collaborate with customer support to improve overall customer experience.
-Coordinate special projects as they arise.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
-1-3 years experience
-Smart, detail-oriented, and punctual
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Interest in consumer brands
-Familiarity with Shipstation, UPS, Fedex, and DHL online platforms
-Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for multiple hours
-Proximity to Union City, California
-Eager to learn and take on varied responsibilities with a desire to grow
