Inventory Lead 库存组长
Schedule: Mon－Fri, 7:00 AM － 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)
Pay Rate: $22－$26/hr (based on experience)
Overview /概况
We are hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Led to support daily inventory control operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, leading cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities /主要职责
· Lead cycle counts and inventory audits
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
· Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS
· Support inbound/outbound inventory verification
· Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve issues
· Ensure proper inventory organization
· Guide and support team members
· Operate forklifts as needed (if certified)
负责组织和执行循环盘点及库存审计工作。
调查并解决库存差异问题。
在 WMS（仓库管理系统）中维护准确的库存记录。
协助入库和出库环节的库存核对工作。
与仓库各团队协调沟通，解决库存相关问题。
确保库存摆放合理、有序。
指导并支持团队成员开展工作。
根据需要操作叉车。
Qualifications /任职要求
· 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
· Lead or supervisory experience preferred
· Familiar with WMS and cycle counting
· Strong attention to detail
· Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred
· Order Picker experience is a plus
2年以上库存管理或仓库相关工作经验。
有组长或管理经验者优先考虑。
熟悉 WMS 系统及循环盘点流程。
具备较强的细节意识和工作准确性。
具备中英文双语沟通能力者优先。
有 Order Picker（高位拣货叉车）操作经验者优先。
Physical Requirements/体能要求
· Lift up to 40 lbs (with or without accommodation)
· Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
