Position Overview | 岗位概述
The purpose of the FBA Team Lead is to oversee and ensure the operational accuracy of the picking, labeling, and loading teams. This role will be responsible for distributing load information, maintaining high precision in SKU management, and ensuring all shipments comply with FBA standards. This position requires a strong understanding of SKU management, bilingual in English (daily communication) and Mandarin, and proficiency in operating various types of forklifts.

What You’ll Do | 工作职责
Supervise day-to-day FBA operations to ensure efficient processing and fulfillment of individual orders
监督日常 FBA运营，确保个人订单的高效处理与履行。
Ensure that all shipments comply with FBA guidelines, including packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements
确保所有货物均符合 FBA 指南，包括包装、贴标及运输要求。
Train new employees on warehouse SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and FBA standards
对新员工进行仓库标准作业程序（SOP）和 FBA 标准的培训。
Track the processing quality and fulfillment speed of shipments daily, and ensure all orders meet the required timelines for customer satisfaction
每日跟踪货物的处理质量和履约速度，确保所有订单均在规定时效内完成，以保障客户满意度。
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and availability for fulfilling orders

Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in orders, coordinating with customer service teams to resolve them promptly

Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track orders, update inventory status, and generate outbound reports

What We’re Looking For | 任职要求
minimum of 1 year of related experience

Bilingual in English (daily communication) and Mandarin

Knowledge in using Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts
