We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Checker to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming shipments to ensure quality standards, accurately documenting inventory data, and collaborating with the inbound lead to maintain operational flow and safety compliance.

What You’ll Do | 工作职责
Inspect incoming shipments before the inbound putaway associate transport to designated areas, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and specifications before storage.

Follow the instructions provided by the inbound lead regarding the size and weight of incoming shipment, ensuring compliance with storage capacity and safety guidelines.

Accurately record and document all incoming inventory, including quantities received and any discrepancies found during inspection.

Collaborate with inbound lead and team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the inspection process.

Utilize basic English communication skills and Mandarin for reading labels and performing counting tasks.

Adherence to all company safety and regulatory policies.

Any other tasks or assignments that may be assigned by supervisor or manager.

What We’re Looking For | 任职要求
Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
有仓库工作经验优先
Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments preferred
有大批量或快节奏工作经验优先
Basic inventory and quality control knowledge
对仓库运营和库存管理原则有基础了解
Basic computer skills and familiar with WMS and warehouse processes
基础计算机技能并且熟悉WMS系统及仓库流程
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory quantities and inspecting for quality

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English/Mandarin) required
