E-commerce Specialist (1 Year Experience Required)

We are a fast-growing Print-on-Demand (POD) custom apparel manufacturing company located in Long Island, NY. We specialize in personalized products and serve multiple e-commerce platforms. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to help manage and grow our online sales channels.

Responsibilities：
Manage and operate e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart, etc.)
Product listing optimization (titles, images, descriptions, SEO)
Order processing and inventory coordination
Handle customer service messages and platform communications
Monitor sales performance and improve conversion rates
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams
Assist with promotional campaigns and platform activities

Requirements：
Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience
Familiar with major platforms and backend systems
Basic knowledge of product listing and order fulfillment workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
POD or apparel industry experience is a plus


Work Schedule
Full-time position
Monday － Friday
On-site work in Long Island, NY
