This role requires strong technical capability, digital marketing knowledge, and experience in the automotive/heavy-duty truck parts ecommerce field.
Job Description:
-Manage and maintain the company’s websites (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or custom platform).
-Ensure product data accuracy: SKU, descriptions, images, specs, prices.
-Monitor website performance, speed, SEO score, mobile compatibility.
-Improve user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
-Manage domains, hosting, backups, and system security.
-Work with developers or external agencies to fix bugs or build new features.
-Plan and implement ERP/CRM integration (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Zoho).
-Manage API connections between platforms.
-Ensure accurate inventory sync between warehouse & online store.
Experience
3-5+ years in ecommerce operations or digital marketing.
Experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts preferred.
Experience managing Shopify / Magento / WordPress / Amazon Seller Central.
