支持门店扩展团队的项目规划与执行，确保按时完成各项任务与目标。
与内部团队、房东、承包商及供应商沟通，协助推动门店开设、翻新及搬迁等事宜。(电话/邮件)
跟进并维护扩展项目相关文件，包括租赁合同、许可证及施工进度表。
向门店扩展经理及团队提供日常行政支持。
协助扩展项目的预算编制及费用跟踪。
任职资格：
做事细心，具备谈判能力，反应迅速，能独立解决问题，工作效率高，可同时处理多项任务。
有房地产、保险或法律相关背景或工作经验者优先，但非必需。

Role: Store Expansion Coordinator
Work Location: Flushing-Main St.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Hourly Rate: $23/hr
Responsibilities:
Research and communicate (daily by phone/email) with landlords, contractors, and vendors to facilitate store openings, renovations, and relocations.
Track, maintain, and process expansion project documents, including lease agreements, permits, and construction timelines.
Provide general administrative support to the Store Expansion Manager and team.
Assist in the budgeting and cost-tracking process for expansion projects.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented, good at negotiation, quick to respond, able to solve problems independently, works efficiently, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
