Position Summary / 职位概述：
We are looking for a results-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责：
Develop and execute business strategies to expand the customer base and optimize profitability.
制定并执行业务策略，扩大客户群，提升门店盈利能力。
Lead, motivate, and mentor sales staff to achieve sales goals.
领导并激励销售团队，确保完成销售目标。
Maintain excellent store condition and uphold brand visual standards.
维持良好的门店形象及视觉陈列标准。
Handle store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
负责门店行政管理，确保遵守公司政策与流程。
Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and customer feedback to support merchandising decisions.
监控库存、销售趋势及客户反馈，支持商品策略制定。
Conduct staff training, performance evaluation, and career development planning.
组织员工培训与绩效评估，协助员工职业发展。
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
专业地处理客户咨询与投诉问题。
Support store management and perform additional tasks as assigned.
协助门店管理，完成上级交办的其他工作。
Requirements / 任职要求：
Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or Store Manager, preferably in the home furnishing industry.
具有零售门店主管或经理工作经验，家居行业经验优先。
Strong leadership, business sense, and customer service mindset.
具备优秀的领导力、商业意识和客户服务意识。
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
拥有良好的沟通与人际交往能力。
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
商业管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
英语流利，会中文者优先。
工作时间：11:00 am 至 19:00pm, 灵活排班，一周五天
薪资待遇：$68,500-$100,000，底薪加业绩提成，根据个人经验能力而定，具体待遇面议。
