About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operation Assistant to support daily operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates eager to build a career in e-commerce operations, logistics, and warehouse management. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll assist in shipment planning, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and marketplace support to ensure smooth workflows and excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shipment Planning & Logistics
Assist in creating Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS shipment plans.
Coordinate with warehouses to prepare and ship inventory on time.
Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Help maintain accurate inventory and stock-level reports across multiple marketplaces.
2. Order Fulfillment
Process customer orders from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
Coordinate with fulfillment centers and 3PL partners to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
Monitor order status and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
Support returns, replacements, and exchanges in line with company policies.
3. Warehouse Operations
Assist with daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, labeling, and organizing inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders when needed.
Help manage stock counts and cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
Ensure warehouse procedures follow safety and efficiency standards.
4. Marketplace Operations
Assist in updating product inventory
Support product launches and seasonal campaigns by aligning stock and shipment schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
Support marketing initiatives by ensuring product availability for campaigns.
Communicate operational updates to the broader team to improve workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
No prior e-commerce or warehouse experience necessary—training will be provided.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Interest in e-commerce operations, logistics, and warehouse management.
