I just signed one year lease for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Parker Towers, 104-40 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills NY 11375, lease term 8/31/2025 -8/30/2026. The management is still working on the apartment. I took the photos while it is still under the work of repair and cleaning and decoration. The work was expected to be done by 8/28, ready for my moving in in 8/31.
The apartment is 782 square feet, west south facing, not facing the Queens Blvd, Classic Finish, on 11th floor. $3093 per month, plus utility, renter insurance, guarantor fee, etc. I will take the living room. I am looking for one single roommate, quiet and clean, go office to work full time, to take the bedroom with the door! male roommate is fine too, from the floor plan, you could see, the larger living room could be easily put a divider to make it a bedroom. There is one closet in the hall way next to your bedroom, you could take this one. There is another closet in foyer, I may like to take this one. $1600 per month, utility and everything included. $150 to do the background check and to add you as occupant, you could change your address in. no brokerage fee. A few months short term is fine, you could move out and I will remove you and continually look for roommate. 1 year lease until 8/30/2026 is fine too, after lease ends, there is option of lease renewal.
I am clean and quiet female professional, self employed, work from home, doing online business, wholesale laptops to retailers. I am originally from China, came to USA more than 20 years ago. There are laundry in basement. I am very clean person, I do not share laundry with others, I hand wash clothes in bathroom, will mainly do it when roommate go to work.

There is the entrance/exit to the building basement and then to the apartment along yellowstone blvd, the moving vehicle could park there and do the move your stuffs in there. From this exit, take the shortest way, 0.3 miles to the 71 ave subway station. I have tool of wagon and step stool.
My moving in date would be 8/31, I work from home, you could stop by any time after this date. Before 8/31, I could make appointment with management people there to visit the apartment once or twice. you could go there to see the building yourself, then we could meet, if we feel we are great match, then I will arrange appointment for you to see the apartment.
