Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with marketing team members to execute design needs for campaigns and store events.
2. Design event materials, including posters, banners, shelf stickers, and signage for TESO Life stores.
3. Adapt designs for multiple formats (print, digital, social media).
4. Ensure all visuals follow TESO Life’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
5. Participate in creative brainstorming for new campaign ideas and visuals.
6. Prepare and deliver print-ready and digital files based on production specifications.
7. Support special campaign asset needs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
3. Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
6. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
7. English is required, Chinese is preferred.
