Warehouse Outbound Team Lead
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Compensation: $32/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of all outbound orders, including Ecommerce and Sub-orders.
Supervise and direct team members to assigned tasks for efficiency.
Document outbound errors and report incidents before the shift ends.
Assign tasks to employees during idle time (housekeeping, quality checks, etc.).
Support and train team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the loading area.Train and oversee trailer pushers and scanners for proper workflow.
Monitor pallet organization and ensure proper documentation of unmarked cartons.
Investigate and report missing inventory or insufficient stock.
Ensure SFP trailers are prioritized and properly scanned before pickup.
Coordinate with UPS/FedEx for daily shipments.
Oversee forklift maintenance and ensure safe handling procedures.
Plan for next-day workload and submit a weekly self-reflection report.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Detail-Oriented: Identify and minimize errors to meet KPI goals.
Observant: Monitor outbound team progress and efficiency.
Decision Making: Ability to independently solve problems and make quick decisions.
Communication & Teamwork: Clearly assign tasks and provide instructions.
Open to feedback and team coordination.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanner operations is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST.

Warehouse Operation Clerk
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Compensation: $26/hour
Responsibilities:
Arrange appointment for inbound containers
Prepare paper work for order picking
Miscellaneous office administration / HR (such as ordering office supply, Submit paper work to HR department.)
Handle administrative issues related to ordering supplies, contacting vendors, landlords, etc.
KPI data entry
Container data entry
Inspect returns received daily
Qualifications:
Computer literate; Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
Fast and proficient typist. Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Mandarin is required
Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required
