办公室行政助理/财务助理
职责: 1.协助运营经理日常行政及业务运行,协调工程进度与跟踪材料订单,以及外部定制订单的交货
2.扫描日常凭证及录入data到Quickbooks,
3.根据合同执行进度,开具阶段请款发票或账单并在必要时催请客户付款 (A/R)
4. 根据供应或分包合同支付条方,分包商发票, 账单和送货单及statements 与工程项目经理确认单,
核对无 误后呈经理批准付款(A/P)
5. BANK ACCOUNTS, CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS RECONCILE
6. time sheet tracking , payroll calculating and produce forms
skill and experience, education, commuting request:
Bachelor, Assiate degree of Accounting or Business mamagement
1-3 years Quickbooks experiences
English/chinese bilingual
Living in Brooklyn
