We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Floor Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team at our fine dining Chinese restaurant in NYC.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责：
Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
负责每日前厅运营，确保服务顺畅并提升宾客满意度
Lead and motivate the FOH team, maintaining high standards of service, appearance, and professionalism
带领并激励前厅团队，保持高标准的服务质量、仪容仪表与职业素养
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service
与厨房及酒吧团队紧密配合，确保出品及时准确
Train and supervise hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders to uphold service protocols
培训并监督接待员、服务员、传菜员及调酒师，执行服务标准
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and grace
妥善处理宾客咨询、反馈及投诉
Manage reservations, guest seating, and pacing of service
管理预订、宾客安排及上菜节奏
Support and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
确保并执行食品安全与卫生标准
Contribute to team communication and operational efficiency through daily pre-shift meetings and reporting
通过每日班前会议和工作汇报加强沟通，提高运营效率
Requirements / 任职要求：
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) / 中英文流利（普通话或粤语）
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager in a fine dining environment / 至少两年高端餐厅厅面管理经验
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills / 具备优秀的领导力、沟通能力及应变能力
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure / 能够在高压环境下高效工作
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays / 能接受晚班、周末及节假日排班
Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus / 了解中餐文化优先考虑
